Congratulations, Tori and Tom! They planned a gorgeous wedding day in the spring at Nasher Sculpture Center with an outdoor ceremony and alfresco reception right on the lawn. Tori and Tom have been together for 11.5 years, so their wedding day was super sweet – and well worth the wait. Tom surprised Tori with a sweet proposal in a rented room full of flowers and balloons. It sounded super romantic and was a great start to planning their Dallas wedding day. I can’t wait to share it all with you now!

Spring Wedding at the Nasher Sculpture Center

When I arrived at the Hall Arts Hotel to kick off Tori and Tom’s wedding day, I was so excited to see all of the bright florals! They were perfect for a spring wedding and the best inspiration for their flat lays of the stationery set. Their gold embossed stationery had unique blue accent pieces and paired with the bright pinks and oranges of Tori’s bouquet, everything looked so good together. Tori got ready with her ladies before having a first look with her father in the hotel room – and then one with the bridesmaids at their ceremony site in the Nasher Sculpture Center.

Tori and Tom were married near one of the sculptures in the garden. They lined the aisle with pink, purple, and white flowers (which really popped in their portraits!). I loved it so much I used it for their family formals later in the day. When their sweet ceremony was done, Tori, Tom, and I explored more of the grounds around the Nasher Sculpture Center. It’s such a cool spot in Dallas! I am still obsessed with the bright bouquet Tori chose – it looked amazing against her wedding dress and all of the greenery around the sculpture garden. The best part was that their dog even got to come be in some of their wedding portraits!!

Al Fresco Wedding Reception in Dallas TX

When we were done, it was time to join their guests for their al fresco reception under the stars. Tori and Tom planned a beautiful reception right on the lawn – with more brightly colored flowers, blue napkins, and gold plates. With candles on each table and the patio lights above them, Tori and Tom celebrated with their guests. It was a perfectly planned celebration at the Nasher Sculpture Center for the newlyweds! One of my favorite parts of their reception was their live band. It was SO fun!
