Dallas Wedding Day at The Room on Main

Congratulations, Jessica and Allen! This beautiful couple planned a stunning summer wedding in Dallas, TX at the Room on Main. Every moment of their wedding day was carefully chosen and with the help of Something Borrowed Event Co., their vision came to life with classic light blue and white details. I’m so happy I was able to spend the time with Jessica and Allen documenting their incredible Texas wedding day. 

Classic Dallas Wedding Day

To start the day, Jessica prepared for the wedding with her ladies at the Statler Hotel. It’s a beautiful space overlooking the city and she and her bridesmaids had a great time preparing for the wedding. I loved her wedding gown – the lace detailing on the skirt and train was just perfect! She looked amazing. When she was ready, Jessica met her father for a first look in the hotel lobby before snapping a few portraits with her parents and bridesmaids, in their light blue gowns. Allen and his groomsmen also prepared at the hotel and I loved some of the chic portraits we captured out on the streets afterwards. 

Jessica and Allen had a traditional wedding at the Cathedral Guadalupe, where they met for the first time on their wedding day. I loved being able to capture some really dramatic shots of Jesisca walking into the church and down the aisle. There’s something so beautiful about those portraits! 

Wedding Reception at the Room on Main

After being announced husband and wife, Jessica, Alllen, and I captured portraits on the streets of Dallas. They looked amazing – and Allen couldn’t keep his eyes off his new wife. When we were done, we headed to the Room on Main. The space was covered in elegant decor. The place settings featured a blue napkin, clear plate, and tall pink and white floral centerpieces. Greenery filled in the center of the tables, which is one of my favorite looks! Their reception was a really fun party. Jessica and Allen were able to celebrate with their loved ones – such a wonderful evening!

Congratulations again, Jessica and Allen! I’m so happy for you both and thrilled that I could be with you on your Dallas wedding day.
