Summer Maternity Portraits in Texas

I just LOVE photographing maternity portraits! There’s something so exciting about documenting a new life growing and making a family bigger, too. There’s always so much joy and excitement during these portrait sessions… and, Kailey’s beautiful summer maternity portraits were no different. She absolutely glowed during our session at sunset – and looked incredible! I’m so honored I was able to capture this special time for her!!

Summer Maternity Portraits

We planned Kailey’s maternity portraits to be out in a field, with a beautiful green gown hugging her sweet baby belly. She looked seriously stunning the entire session – even with the wind blowing her hair around. With the big fields and the trees dotting the horizon, Kailey stood out perfectly and I love how all of the greens from the plants helped her dress pop even more! We made sure to capture some portraits of her with her husband, too! Maternity sessions aren’t just about the mom-to-be!! They’re about both of you and the new family you’re building!! I love watching parents-to-be interact during maternity sessions. You can just feel how excited everyone is for what’s coming!
