I’m so excited to be introducing you to The French Farmhouse!! The French Farmhouse is a beautiful Dallas, TX wedding venue I absolutely adore. So, when I was asked to photograph a styled shoot to celebrate their opening, I couldn’t say no! With refined and elegant French decor throughout the venue, it might be one of my all-time favorite Dallas venues to date. The property is run by Michelle and Kelsey, a mother and daughter team. These two are the special sauce that make this venue as incredible as it is, without a doubt. I’m thrilled to be sharing our bridal session with you today to celebrate their venue reveal from this spring!!

The French Farmhouse Venue Reveal

Our styled shoot for this venue reveal was all about the bride! From the wedding dress to the jewelry we chose, everything accentuated the elegant details both indoors and outside the property. Truly, every little detail in the French Farmhouse has been handpicked to create a truly elevated atmosphere – and it works! With antiques from all over the world, there’s a story everywhere you look. This gorgeous venue is truly one of a kind and it allowed for so much creativity during this session.

Indoors, a clean white ship lap pallet with iron and crystal french lighting gives a romantic, vintage feel. Honestly, it was the perfect atmosphere for some of our portraits. Between the main room and the bridal suite, we captured some classic portraits of our bride. I absolutely love the portraits of her with that fun dress. I mean, a bow?! Who doesn’t want that on her wedding dress?!? After working inside, we were able to explore the grounds some too! One of my favorite parts of this property is the their lake!! And all of the oak trees around the building. Seriously, there’s great views everywhere you look. Couples will NOT be disappointed with event days here!
