It was so good to see Garret and Whitney again for their Nest at Ruth Farms wedding day! After their beautiful Southlake TX engagement session, I couldn’t wait for their wedding day to arrive. From the minute I arrived in the bridal suite to capture Whitney getting into her wedding dress with her bridesmaids and family around her, to their sparkler exit, their entire day was stunning and SO them!

Garret and Whitney had a stunning wedding day at the Nest at Ruth Farms. The two chose to keep their decor simple and elegant, which allowed the beauty of this Dallas TX venue to shine. With ivory and green florals on their arbor for their outdoor ceremony, and their elegant reception details, the day was effortlessly stunning. Whitney chose to get ready in the bridal suite at the Nest at Ruth Farms. That’s one of the things I love about this venue – there’s spaces for everything! Bride and groom suites, an outdoor ceremony site, and the grand banquet hall in the barn. It’s so nice to have all of your wedding day events in one place! After getting ready, Whitney met her dad for a first look which was just the sweetest! And then it was time to head to the ceremony to see Garret.

Romantic Texas Wedding

Garret couldn’t wait to see his bride – and what a sight to see she was!! In her sleek gown with a slit in the front and her gorgeous mostly white wedding bouquet, she looked breathtaking. The two exchanged their vows and before long, they were officially married!! We all had a great time with their bridal party as we photographed their bridesmaids and groomsmen on the Nest at Ruth Farms property. So, so gorgeous! And to top it off?! We had a truly beautiful sunset the night Garret and Whitney tied the knot, so my photographer heart was SO happy! They’re some of my favorite portraits of these two and I just LOVE them!! Perhaps one of my favorite moments of the night was the final dance Garret and Whitney had together. It was so romantic, private, and just the perfect way to end their wedding day!
