Bridal portraits are always special to me. For brides, these sessions serve as hair and makeup trials. They are a chance to wear your beautiful gown again, and most importantly, they’re a chance to celebrate what being a bride feels like. Bridal portraits allow us to spend a relaxed few hours together, documenting your bridal experience. On a wedding day, things can get rushed and feel a bit crazy! Often times, we only snap a few portraits of the bride throughout the morning. But, having a bridal session means that you will have stunning portraits to choose from plus your wedding day photos! I love that more brides are starting to plan bridal portraits in their wedding planning timeline. Christina’s Brooks at Weatherford bridal portraits were simply stunning – and I’m honored I was able to document these precious moments for her!
We met up at the gorgeous Brooks at Weatherford property in Dallas Texas for Christina’s portraits. The Brooks at Weatherford is just stunning. With a vintage chapel and lots of open land on the farm estate, it’s a rustic wedding dream!! As I arrived, I waited anxiously to see Christina’s final look! It was so classic – and chic, simply beauetiful. With a stunning gown, detailed with lots of lace, she looked every part the Southern bride that she is! We spent the morning exploring the property and finding the perfect spots for her portraits. Thanks to Coco Fleur Events, Christina had an all-white wedding bouquet during our session. It was the perfect compliment for her bridal attire. She was glowing – and makes such a beautiful bride!!
If you’re getting married, consider a bridal portrait session. It’s a great excuse to wear that gorgeous gown again and it can double as your hair and makeup trial (or one of them!). We can explore your wedding venue, or somewhere else that’s meaningful to you – and create even more memories of you as a bride-to-be!
