Fort Worth Zoo Engagement Session

This adorable Fort Worth Zoo engagement session was such a blast! I’m so glad to be sharing Chris and Laine’s engagement session with you today because seriously, it’s one of the most fun sessions I’ve done! Laine has her degree in Zoology and has always loved animals, so it made total sense that we decided to celebrate their engagement session at the Fort Worth Zoo here in Texas!

During their session, we spent time walking through the zoo and enjoying the day – while chatting all things wedding! Chris and Laine even interacted with the giraffes and had no fear whatsoever!! They look so cute, don’t they? Chris and Laine chose to dress up for their session (which I definitely encourage!). The pair chose a navy blue blazer for Chris that paired perfectly with Laine’s white dress. A beautiful outfit can elevate your portraits easily – no matter what the location.

Engagement sessions are so important – not only for you two, but for me too. It’s a chance for the three of us to get to chat and know each other a little bit more. On your wedding day, things are busy and talking to me isn’t really going to be your focus. But I love when I get to talk to you and get to know, interact, and understand more about you both (and your relationship). One of the important things we will chat about is your wedding day vision! Knowing more about what’s inspired you helps me make sure I capture everything perfectly at your wedding! Engagement sessions are even more fun when we choose a location that means something to you both. Personalizing these sessions keeps things exciting! Plus it’s always fun to create an experience that’s unique to you both.
